Hi, I’m Devon Capristo — a registered nurse since 2009, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner since 2017, and a healthcare professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the medical field. I am also a college instructor and, most importantly, a mom of three.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients, educating future healthcare professionals, and serving families in a variety of clinical settings. My passion has always been rooted in education and empowerment — helping others feel confident, capable, and prepared in moments that matter most.

As a wife and mother living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I understand firsthand how important safety, preparedness, and practical skills are for families and communities. That understanding is what inspired me to create Cornerstone Medical & Safety Academy, LLC.

My mission is simple: to equip children, teens, parents, caregivers, and professionals with the knowledge and hands-on skills they need to respond confidently in emergencies. Whether teaching babysitting safety, CPR, first aid, or medical preparedness courses, I am committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based training in a supportive and engaging environment.
